Why Websites Like ClickBank, Digistore24, Etsy, PayPal etc Exclude African Countries?

It is unfair and unjust that third world countries are often excluded from accessing the most lucrative websites due to alleged fraud. While it is true that some individuals in these countries may engage in fraudulent activity, it is important to recognize that this is not unique to third world countries.
